We do not sell your health diary

Your pain / symptom diary is designed to stay on your device (this browser or the mobile app sandbox). We do not sell diary contents. Creating an Account does not upload your diary to PacketVisit as a cloud health record.

What we process in the cloud

Account email / session (Clerk), Premium entitlement status (our API), and web billing (Paddle as Merchant of Record) are processed to run the service. Optional weather lookups may contact weather / geocoding providers when you allow location — see the Privacy Policy.

California — sale / sharing

Under the CCPA/CPRA, some uses of third-party cookies or advertising tech can count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. PacketVisit’s marketing site aims to limit non-essential tracking. We do not sell your health diary data.

To opt out of non-essential cookies where a consent banner is present, use Reject All / preference controls. You may also email privacy@packetvisit.com with the subject “CCPA / privacy choices” and we will respond as required by law.

Browser Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Where we implement support, we intend to honor Global Privacy Control signals for applicable opt-outs. See also the Cookie Notice.
