Premium starts with a 14-day free trial (card required, no charge until the trial ends). Unless you cancel first, billing continues at the listed price after day 14. Cancel anytime in the app via Manage billing (Paddle customer portal) — cancel is designed to be as easy as starting the trial.
EU consumers: before checkout in the Account screen you confirm immediate start of the digital service and acknowledge the statutory 14-day withdrawal waiver once the service has fully commenced. That does not remove the voluntary 30-day money-back on the first paid charge (below).
Money-back (web)
Web subscriptions billed by Paddle include a 30-day money-back window on your first paid charge after the free trial. For monthly plans, once a second monthly charge has been taken, money-back no longer applies. Request a refund in the Paddle customer portal (Manage billing in the app).
App Store and Google Play purchases are not covered by this Paddle money-back policy — use Apple or Google’s refund process for those.
