Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026 · English

This policy covers web subscriptions sold through Paddle as Merchant of Record. It is not legal advice. App Store / Google Play purchases (when available) follow Apple or Google’s refund rules instead.

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns for purchases processed through Paddle.

2. Free trial (no charge)

Premium starts with a 14-day free trial (payment method required). If you cancel during the trial before the first paid charge, you are not charged. Unless you cancel first, billing continues at the listed price after the trial. Cancel via Manage billing (Paddle portal) — designed to be as easy as starting the trial. Unpaid trial cancel may keep residual Premium access for at most 7 days (or less) — see the product Account copy. A trial cancel is not a paid refund.

2a. EU right of withdrawal (digital content)

Before starting a web trial or paid subscription in Account, you confirm immediate start of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has fully commenced (where that waiver applies). That confirmation does not remove the voluntary 30-day money-back window on the first paid charge described below.

3. 30-day money-back (first paid charge)

After your first paid charge, you may request a refund within 30 days of that charge (monthly or yearly), unless a longer period is required by mandatory consumer law.

  • Monthly: once a second monthly charge has been taken, money-back no longer applies to that subscription.
  • Yearly: the money-back window runs from the first annual charge (one paid invoice = one window).

Approved refunds revoke Premium access immediately (no residual paid-through period after a money-back refund).

4. How to cancel

Use Manage billing in the PacketVisit web app (Paddle Customer Portal) to cancel or change your plan. Cancel stops future renewals. For paid periods that were not refunded, access usually continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

5. How to request a refund

For Paddle web orders, request a refund via:

  • Paddle Customer Portal (Manage billing), when self-serve refund is available; or
  • Email support@packetvisit.com or call +36 30 261 5378; or
  • Paddle buyer support for the order (receipt / Paddle help).
